I'm looking for any examples of state DOTs who are incorporating human health themes into their NEPA process as per NEPA requirements. I have been reviewing several environmental documents here in NC and have found little if any direct assessment of human health within the EIS documents. There are some related evaluation components related to water quality, noise and air quality, but nothing on other dimensions of human health.
