FTA will host a webinar at 3:00 p.m. EDT Tuesday, October 13, 2020 about the Public Transportation COVID-19 Research Demonstration Grant Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), which was announced earlier this week. The webinar will offer potential applicants an overview of the program and allow an opportunity to submit questions.
The FY20 Public Transportation COVID-19 Research Demonstration Grant Program will provide $10 million in funding to support research demonstration grants to public transit agencies to develop, deploy and demonstrate innovative solutions that improve the operational efficiency as well as enhance the mobility of transit users affected by the COVID-19 public health emergency.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Grants.gov website by November 2, 2020.
