This is a temporary stopgap and only includes the ACS summary data, but it’s possible that you could get at least some of the information you need. 

For those needing ACS summary or microdata files you can go to www.nhgis.org for summary data and usa.ipums.org for microdata.

Now that the Census website is down, anyone know of alternatives that mirror the county business patterns website and data? The MO Data center does not help in this regard.
