Most of you are aware that FHWA and AASHTO have released county-to-county and place-to-place work flow data in Cambridge Systematics FTP site a couple of days ago and some of you have either called me or sent me an email asking questions on these data files.  I compiled typical questions and answers in the attached word file.  Hopefully you will find this helpful.
