Try looking for earnings. There is not a crosstab with mode by
earnings in CTPP. We lost that table in our disclosure/privacy
discussions with the Census Bureau years ago. You could IPF your way
to the table with tables A102202 (earnings by age) and B102203 (age
by mode). Or you could do it using PUMS at the IPUMS site
https://www.ipums.org/. There probably are other ways to get there
but these were off the top of my head. Good Luck.
