While Nandu was on vacation in India for the month of February, I had to provide CTPP Technical Support.  For the most part, I think I helped people, and I apologize to those who I could not help!  I also learned that some “basic” information has been conveyed over the past several years via the CTPP Status Report and via the CTPP listserv, but not compiled anywhere. 

Here is our first DRAFT.  We will add it to the USDOT CTPP webpage, and update it regularly.
