Spring 2011: final criteria published in Federal Register
Spring 2012: insertion into MAF/TIGER
Spring 2012: list of all entities, codes, and pop counts published in Federal Register
Fall 2012: TIGER files and reference maps available
Fall 2012: update for 2010 summary files (tabular data)

Urban Area boundaries will be released in the Spring of 2012.  They will
show up in TIGER in the Fall of 2012.  This Spring we should learn what
the criteria will be for defining Urban Areas.
