Commuting by Public Transportation in the United States: 2019 — A new report scheduled to be released by the U.S. Census Bureau will break down how many commuters used public transportation to get to work in 2019. The report describes the distribution of public transportation commuters across different transit modes and summarizes key geographic and demographic patterns and historical trends. The report uses data from the 2019 American Community Survey 1-year estimates. (Scheduled for release April 1.)
