Yep! You ran out of space in your Access file- this is a limitation of Access. You have to start a new access file.
I put tables 1-7 in one file, tables 8 thru 12 in another file and tables 13-47 plus the geography table in another.
Then I opened a new access database and linked to the tables in those three access files so I had access to all the tables in one access database.

Subject: [CTPP] SF1 Access Shell Import Error
Hello Everybody,
I’ve been following the steps to import the SF1 data into the Access table shell. Everything was working smoothly until I got to the 8th table to import, and then I got the following message:
‘Cannot open database “ . It may not be a database that your application recognizes, or the file may be corrupt.’

I tried importing the next table, and got the same result. Has anyone run into this problem? I’m at a loss because, as I said, everything was working fine previously. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
