If you scroll down, there is a drop down to select the state and download the census tract pdfs. I’m not sure about the other statistical areas.

The Census Bureau has recommended reviewing the new Census 2020 geographies using TigerWeb or PDFs. If you want to look at the shapefiles in your own GIS software, you can download
them from here – they are marked as 19v2.
