[A1D08] Urban Data Committee List Serve

I have taken the liberty of setting up a list serve for our TRB Urban Data committee (A1D08). Actually a friend of mine, Chris Parrinello set it up and has it running along side our CTPP list serve. The software we are using is shareware (major-dormo) and is not real glitzy but it works.
