Attached is our agenda for Sunday's meeting to be held in conjunction
with the NATMEC conference. We have only an hour planned for the Urban
Data Committee with our second hour being dedicated to our newest
"joint" subcommittee which goes by the name ADUS. As many of you know
Shawn Turner and Rich Margiotta initiated the ADUS activities for our
committee in what I tended to call a virtual committee. After a few
years ADUS was formalized into a subcommittee under the Traffic
Monitoring Committee. As the subcommittee evolved we joined forces with
Traffic Monitoring and ADUS is formally a joint subcommittee.
Our meeting will be on sunday, June 4th in the Hyatt Regency at Nicollet
Mall in Minneapolis. If you happen to be in town and not attending the
NATMEC conference feel free to drop in.
Our next meeting will be in conjunction with the TRB planning committees
midyear meeting in LaJolla CA the second week of July.

Workshop Planning--One of the annual meeting deadlines is will soon be
upon us. By June 1st Tom P needs to have an indication of any sunday
workshops that we are planning. Last year we were involved with three
workshops. If I were to be asked today I would say that we were not
planning any workshops. With that said if anyone is interested in
pursuing a workshop let me know so that we can develop it and get it on
the list.

This year we were planning on having 2 midyear meetings. One in
conjunction with NATMEC in early June and the other tied to the TRB
planning committees midyear meetings in the middle of July in LaJolla.
Apparently there was a TRB glitch and we did not get on the list for
LaJolla. Now in an attempt to get us space in LaJolla I need a head
count of who think that they will be attending.
If you think that you would be able to attend a midyear meeting in the
middle of July in LaJola please let me know ASAP. this is only a rough
count so do not feel like you commitment is binding. thanks.
