Subject: TRB 7th International Conference on Innovations in Travel Modeling (ITM) 2018

TRB is sponsoring the 7th International Conference on Innovations in Travel Modeling (ITM) on June 24-27, 2018 in Atlanta, Georgia. A preliminary program is now available on the conference website. The conference explores advanced modeling methods, best practice, and modeling research. Participants will explore the integration of social, land-use, transportation supply and technology into the model process. The conference addresses how the industry can respond to the rapidly changing transportation environment given socio-demographic shifts in travel preferences and the integration of new modes and infrastructure, including shared mobility and automated and connected vehicles.

For details on how to register, visit the conference website. Register by April 24, 2018 to take advantage of the reduced Early Bird rate.

Become a Patron! Patrons will be recognized as major conference partners. Signing on with the Transportation Research Board as a patron demonstrates your firm’s support and leadership in the area of Travel Modeling.

Rooms are being held at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta Hotel. Make your reservation for the TRB special rate of $148/prevailing government per diem, plus the current tax of 16.9%. This rate is available until May 24, 2018. Rooms may be at a higher rate after this date and are subject to availability. The hotel may not be able to provide rooms at the group rate once the block of rooms is sold out.

We look forward to seeing you in Atlanta!

Sincerely,
Transportation Research Board
