Friends and members of the Major Cities Committee,

The public involvement committee runs an annual competition for Communicating Concepts with John and Jane Q Public. The theme this year is for transportation funding and related policy solutions. With many of us working on issues like congestion pricing and dedicated transit funding, your organization might have something to submit. See the attached information. Submissions are due July 26!
